Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return Period: You may return your product(s) within 28 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Products: Items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- Obtain an RMA Number: Before returning any product, please email or call our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without a valid RMA number.
- Confirm Return Shipping Address: Once you have obtained an RMA number, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return shipping address. The return shipping address must be confirmed by us prior to returning the product, as it may vary from state to state.
- Include Tracking Information: When shipping your return, please provide the tracking number to our customer support or include it with your RMA details. This helps us track your return and process your refund more quickly.
- Mark the RMA Number Clearly: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package. Packages received without an RMA number or shipped to an address other than the one provided may be rejected or delayed in processing.
Shipping & Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy (new, unused, and resellable).
- Refund Method: After successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with processing the return.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund after we have successfully inspected your returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, size, or model, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest service and best inventory management.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
