Turfmatic Warranty Information

To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer a 12-month warranty free of charge for all our products sold online in the United States and Canada. Additionally, extended warranty options are available to extend coverage to 24 and 36 months at the time of purchase.


Warranty Coverage

  • The 12-month warranty covers any manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship from the date of purchase.
  • The extended warranty options (24 and 36 months) provide continued protection beyond the initial 12-month period.


Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

Commercial Use: The warranty is restricted to residential use only and excludes any commercial or industrial applications.

Purchases from Unauthorized Dealers or Resellers: Warranty coverage is valid only for products and services purchased from authorized Turfmatic dealers or resellers.

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes parts that naturally wear out over time, such as fuses, belts, brush bars, batteries, etc.

Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, external impacts, or intentional misuse is not covered.

Non-Compliant Use: Damage resulting from improper usage, or failure to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the user manual is not covered.

Damage from External Sources: This includes damage caused by cable overruns, weather conditions, electrical outages, or power surges..

Negligent Use, Misuse, Neglect, or Careless Operation: Any damage resulting from careless or improper use or storage of the product is not covered.

Failure to Maintain Proper Care: Warranty does not cover issues caused by the lack of proper maintenance, including unclean or blocked air filters and cooling vents.

Effective Date

The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase as evidence for warranty claims.

If any fault or defect develops after a initial six-month period, you must provide evidence to us it is a manufacturing defect and not an issue excluded from the warranty coverage.

If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, the warranty will start 90 days after the date of manufacture indicated on the product serial plate.
